At Homegrown Canine Training LLC, we believe owners deserve to understand how their dogs are trained and how to train them themselves. Our at-home training programs focus on education and hands-on coaching, giving owners the tools needed to work effectively with their dog and maintain results for a lifetime.

This 2-Hour at-home lesson allow us to assess your dog thoroughly, understand the challenges you're facing, and align with your household’s goals. You'll receive actionable guidance and practical solutions on the spot, often enough to make noticeable progress immediately.

This 7-week general obedience program is a crash course for a wide range of obedience skills. Throughout this course, we cover all of the basic obedience commands, how to develop reliable skills, and introduce off-leash training. All this in the comfort of your own home!
We Address:
Jumping and overexcitement
Leash walking and general manners
Minor reactivity and impulse control
Foundational commands: heel, sit, down, implied stay, recall, place, and leave it

Board and Train Programs
At Homegrown Canine Training LLC, we do things differently. We focus on building a few exceptional dogs—not a large number of mediocre ones. We accomplish this by boarding only one dog at a time, providing up to three times more daily training hours, and extending the workday beyond a typical 9–5 schedule to a 7am–10pm training day. Your dog is never left kenneled or crated for long periods, allowing us to create a fully individualized, outcome-driven training program built around what your dog actually needs to succeed.

This program focuses on what every dog owner wants most: trust, control, and more neutral behavior. During a 14-day stay, your dog will get up to 112 hours of training!

Intro to Off-Leash
Cost: $2,600.00, which includes up to $420 in training gear

This program introduces the foundations of off-leash obedience while continuing to refine and reinforce all core obedience skills. Over the course of the program, your dog will receive up to 170 hours of structured training, providing the time and repetition needed to build lasting understanding, responsiveness, and behavioral stability.

Off-Leash applications
Cost: $4,000, including up to $420 in training gear!

This program is designed to develop dogs into phenomenal, reliable, intelligent, and independent companions. It further develops the off-leash obedience while continuing to refine and reinforce all core obedience skills. Over the course of the program, your dog will receive approximately 220 hours of structured training, providing the time and repetition needed to build lasting understanding, responsiveness, and behavioral stability.

Puppies
Puppies are incredible learners, but they are still young and developing. Before introducing advanced skills, it’s essential to build a strong foundation that makes it easy to add skills as they mature.
At Homegrown Canine Training LLC, our goal is to address the key training and developmental milestones that set puppies up for long-term success. We focus not only on teaching the puppy but also on teaching owners how to work with their dogs, developing proper handler skills that enable continued training through the adolescent stage.

The Puppy Foundation is intended to help nurture and effectively train good behaviors for puppies six months or younger. This foundation lesson focuses on all things puppy, including potty training, crate training, basic focus, house manners, puppy nutrition, and basic health.

This course is the most effective way we’ve found to support owners through the critical developmental stages of puppyhood. It is intentionally structured to build both understanding and hands-on skills, so owners feel confident working with their puppy at home.
We begin with our 3-hour Puppy Foundation Lesson, which focuses on education, helping owners understand puppy development, expectations, and how to set their puppy up for success from the start.
From there, we move into a hands-on obedience foundation lesson, where we show you exactly how to work with your puppy. This session focuses on clear communication, engagement, and foundational skills that form the backbone of good behavior.
Finally, we cover proper socialization, including controlled outings into public environments. These sessions are designed to teach puppies how to calmly and confidently experience the world, rather than simply exposing them to it.
By structuring the program this way, we ensure that all the key developmental and training points are addressed in a way owners can consistently apply in their daily lives, creating long-term success, not just short-term results.

These flexible one-hour sessions are designed to address lingering challenges or provide additional coaching when further guidance is needed. They allow us to fine-tune skills, troubleshoot specific issues, and ensure both you and your dog stay on track as training progresses.
Cost: $120

If time is limited and it’s difficult to consistently work on the small but important developmental steps with your puppy, we offer a 3 day puppy boarding as a supportive option. This allows us to continue building proper foundations while your puppy is in our care. Boarding may include structured socialization with other dogs, controlled exposure to new environments, and, when appropriate, supervised public outings to support confident, well-rounded development.
